Workspaces, roles, and permissions

Bana is designed for organizations working in multiple teams: Workspaces: Create a workspace per department, project, or sub-entity. Each workspace has its own forms, responses, members, and settings. Roles and permissions (RBAC): A complete, deep system in "module.action" format — like forms.create and workspaces.view. Give each member exactly what they need: • Workspace admin — full control of the workspace. • Form builder — create and edit without deleting. • Analyst — view responses and analytics only. • Custom roles composed from permissions as needed. Audit logs: Every significant action (create, edit, delete, export) is recorded with actor and timestamp — an essential requirement for government entities and regulated sectors.
