Who we are

AwnCare is a customer-service platform provided by Altaqniyat Almushtaraka Company for Communications and Information Technology, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Organizations (“our customers”) use it to receive and answer their customers’ messages through chat, email, WhatsApp and tickets.

Data we process

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), and photo if added.
• Work content: conversations, tickets, attachments and contact details entered by or sent to our customers.
• Technical data: IP address, device type and OS, app version, and error logs needed to run and protect the service.

We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or track users across other companies’ apps or websites.

How we use it

• To provide the service: sign-in, showing conversations and tickets, sending messages and notifications.
• AI features when the customer turns them on, such as suggested replies and ticket triage.
• Security and abuse prevention, support, and improving the service.

Who we share it with

Only with providers needed to run the service, and only as much as needed:

• Hosting and email delivery.
• An AI model provider to process text when AI features are used.
• Meta (WhatsApp), Google and other channels or services a customer connects to their account.

We may disclose data where required by applicable law or a competent authority.

Security and retention

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and access is limited to authorized people. We keep data while the customer’s account is active or as the customer configures, then delete or anonymize it unless the law requires keeping it.

Your rights and account deletion

You can ask to access or correct your data, or to delete your account, by writing to [email protected]. If your account belongs to an organization (our customer), its admin manages accounts and data, and we will help you reach them.

Children

The service is meant for teams at organizations and is not directed to anyone under 18.
